Outcome: Ongoing - May, 2018, one units is Under Agreement, anticipated close October 2018

Objectives: Convert existing structure into two units and build four additional units

Outcome: The Galvin Group worked with the Seller and Buyer to facilitate the sale of the existing structure and land. They also worked alongside the Buyer to ensure full project approval for six residential units, getting through the entire approval process. This process involved over a year's worth of work with various parties including the City of Boston Zoning Board of Appeals, Civic Association, neighborhood meetings, architect, and attorneys to ensure that everyone was in alignment and that the project would moving forward. Ongoing - first units to be listed Summer, 2018
