A suburban community just south of Boston, Milton offers residence tree-lined streets, many acres of conservation land and close proximity to Boston. Milton is also the birthplace of former President George H. W. Bush.
There are several commercial areas in Milton such as Milton Village and East Milton Square, as well as many outdoor attractions. Visit the Blue Hills and enjoy many hiking trails, beautiful views and swimming in Houghton’s Pond. Cycling is also popular in Milton. Once complete, residents will be able to enjoy the 10-mile Neponset River Greenway, a pedestrian and bike path which runs along the Neponset River and out to Boston Harbor.
Milton’s proximity to Boston makes it convenient for residents to enjoy all the cultural and business opportunities in downtown Boston. Access to public transportation and major highways make it easy to visit other areas surrounding Boston whether it’s Cape Cod or the mountains of New Hampshire.
