It was through those personal relationships, and a desire to help people find the most basic of wants, a place to live, that drove him to the real estate field.

Derek was born and raised in Dorchester, and his knowledge of the area is extensive. A graduate of the prestigious Boston Latin School, he still resides in Dorchester with his wife and son.
