Location: Dorchester/Mattapan line, Busy main street in up and coming neighborhood
Property: New construction - nine residential units
Objectives: Effectively Market and Sell Condominiums
Challenges: Client came to us while in the process of building nine new-construction townhouse condominiums on the Mattapan / Dorchester line. This was a scenario where we needed to create a market for this property. Location was something that we had to work with, and the market for these types of units - the inherent “vertical” style of a townhouse, with four stories each, would appeal to a particular buyer pool.
Outcome: We worked this property from all angles. We got to know the layouts very well, offering suggestions with regard to finishes and flooring - touches that set one unit apart from the next. We worked with a graphic designer to name the property, carrying the logo over to marketing materials and open house signage. Community buy-in for this project was as important as the careful pricing of each unit. Our community open house was held on a weeknight, complete with a food truck, music, and preferred Lender on hand to interact with all visitors. The end result was that all nine units sold with competitive pricing and terms.
